Q1 - How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, with most orders being dispatched within one working day. We use Royal Mail First Class or Parcel Force (48HR) for shipping most orders. Q2 - When is the last date for delivery before Christmas?
Delivery before XMAS cannot be guaranteed for orders taken after the 18th December.
Q3 - Do we deliver outside the UK?
We offer shipping services to Europe / Rest of the world including Australia and North/South America. We shall offer the most economical shipping quotation from some of the leading courier companies.
Q4 - What are the maximum wattage recommendations?

All our lanterns are measured in imperial and metric based on the diameter of the lantern.
Q7 - Can I customise the colour selection?

Q8 - Do you offer any other discounts for paper lanterns?
Yes, our party packs and value packs attract a 10% discount which you will see in our shop.
