Returns Policy

Customer Satisfaction is extremely important to us at Paper Lanterns UK.  This means we want all of our customers to receive their order in a timely fashion and to be 100% happy with the products they receive. 

Paper Lanterns UK will offer a refund on products ordered should you not be entirely satisfied. In addition all shipping charges will be refunded should the following apply. 

: Goods are damaged, defective or incorrect item/s.

: When products are ordered and returned the customer will bear the cost of all shipping charges when the following apply.

: Goods are not suitable or no longer required.

For a refund we would require all products to be returned to Paper Lanterns UK undamaged and unused in their original packaging within 14 Days. 

Please note - there is a 15% re-stocking fee on all goods returned that are not faulty.

The above Terms & Conditions do not apply to Clients Branded orders. All such orders are non refundable.
