There is no doubt that festivals have become a regular part of the British summer scene. There are the world famous music festivals at Reading, Leeds, Glastonbury and V at Chelmsford or the more sedate annual book festival at Wye. Whether you favour music, food and drink, film, literature or the arts, festival culture is part of our heritage. International, national or local – there’s something for everyone.

Use our fine nylon wire which is almost invisible to create the impression that the lanterns are literally ‘floating’ in thin air. At night they look stunning when illuminated using our battery operated LED lights. These come with single, double or triple bulbs depending on the level of lighting which is appropriate to the setting. An alternative is to string up traditional lights and intersperse our paper lanterns in between each bulb.

For a lower ceiling consider using our Saturn shaped lanterns which give the same impact but are less deep than the traditional spherical shape.
